Low Density Short-wave Infra-red Heating

Infra-red (radiant) heating is simple, energy efficient and flexible. The product is heated directly by energy radiated from a high temperature emitter without the need to heat up large amounts of air. The Low Density Short-wave range of heaters are very versatile. The power density of the infra-red lamps within each heater unit can be designed for individual applications. Low Density short-wave is ideal where gentle radiant heat is required, including: - 

• Drying and curing of wet-sprayed coatings 

• Low-cure powder coat ovens

• gentle pre-heating of metals

• Tee shirt drying
